The group reviewed the latest version of the student survey proposed the following changes:

- Headings added to group questions.
- Questions regarding OER (8-12) will be deleted.
- Question 7 regarding Library Remote Reference Service (pending – ask Mark for changes)
- Question 13, 14, 15 – format change and edits (complete next meeting)
- Add questions regarding student comfortability about coming to campus (complete next meeting)

- Complete IRB (& consent form with an introduction and goal)
